3 Large Heirloom Tomatoes

8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced

6-8 fresh basil leaves, fried

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper, to taste.


With a sharp tomato knife, slice the tomatoes in 1/4 inch slices.

Slice the mozzarella cheese in 1/4 inch slices.

Layer the tomato, alternating with mozzarella slices.

Top with the fried fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil on top, Salt and Pepper to taste.

To Plate:

Serve as an Appetizer or meal.
