    Seven Feathers Casino Resort’s, STIX’ Pastrami NFL Burger*


    Pastrami Burger:

    1/4 lb. beef patty

    1 hamburger bun

    salt and pepper to taste

    1/4 lb. thinly sliced pastrami

    2 Swiss cheese slices

    1 romaine lettuce leaf

    1 sliced tomato

    Mayonnaise with a Kick:

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    1 tbsp. Stone-Ground Mustard

    1 tsp. horseradish


    Pastrami Burger:

    1)Season both sides of the beef patty generously with salt and pepper for full flavor!

    2)Place beef patty on griddle over medium high heat. Cook until well browned on both sides and is medium rare in the middle.

    3)Warm pastrami on griddle, flipping once to crisp both sides.

    4)Butter cut-sides of the hamburger bun and toast on griddle until golden brown.

    5)Top beef patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and top the pastrami with a slice of Swiss cheese. Placing a slice of cheese on both the beef patty and pastrami helps the burger toppings stay put!

    Mayonnaise with a Kick:

    Mix mayonnaise, Stone-Ground Mustard and horseradish together in small bowl.

    Build the Burger:

    Spread both sides of grilled hamburger bun with mayonnaise mixture. Place romaine lettuce leaf and tomato slice on the bottom half of the hamburger bun. Next comes the burger patty with melted cheese and then the pastrami with melted cheese. Complete with the top half of the hamburger bun.

    To Plate:

    Serve with spicy fired pickles.
