The 2018-19 season starts this Friday - Sunday at Hoodoo Ski Area

"Grooming will be limited with the Manzanita, Ed and Easy Rider lifts running 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., but you powder hounds should be happy," the ski area said in a statement.

Lift tickets will be $40 (ages 13-64) and $31 (ages 8-12 and 65+). Lift tickets for kids ages 7 and under are always free at Hoodoo.

The Autobahn Tubing Park will also be open 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday.

"Tubing passes will be just $5 because the tow won't be running until more snow falls and you'll have to walk up the hill," Hoodoo said.

Willamette Pass Resort will also be open Friday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. | Willamette Pass Cameras

"Planned lift services will be on our lower mountain, to include the Twilight and Sleepy Hollow lifts. This serves beginner and intermediate runs and trails," Willamette Pass said on its website. "Early Season conditions exist, with very low snow depth. Skiers and Riders should expect obstacles on runs or trails."

All lift tickets will be at the reduced price of $30 during limited operations.

Lift tickets are available for purchase at the lodge.

"Further operations and our operating schedule will continue to be dependent on more snow falling," the ski area said. "No hiking or uphill traffic will be allowed within the Resort Boundary."
