Fish & Wildlife trooper rescues deer trapped in rural Yamhill Co. fence

GASTON, Ore. – A young deer is back to bounding through rural Yamhill County thanks to a helpful Oregon State Police Fish & Wildlife Trooper.

Trooper Jerome recently spotted a deer with its leg tangled in a fence near Bald Peak.

The trooper managed to safely free the deer and get it back on its way.
