Mayor, majority of Eugene City Council: 'We are listening to you: Black Lives Matter'

The Black Lives Matter street art took shape in front of the Wayne Morse Federal Courthouse on Friday for Juneteenth. By Saturday morning, a vandal had left skid marks on the mural - but artists responded by incorporating the vandalism into the mural. Dane Wurmlinger shared video and a photo of the mural captured from an aerial platform.
