    Two men arrested after forcibly robbing a market in Marion County

    MARION COUNTY, Ore. - Two men were arrested after a reported robbery of Scotts Mills Market on Monday just after 9 a.m.

    It was reported that the two men forcibly took cash from the clerk and fled in a stolen Subaru towards Clackamas County.

    The vehicle was found along S. Wildcat Rd. not long after the robbery, where the two men fled into a nearby wooded area. After several hours of searching, both men were located and arrested without incident.

    The two suspects have been identified as Riley Baney, 20, and James Hunsberger, 21. They are both being lodged at the Marion County Jail.

    The men were booked for the cirmes of Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Trespass II, Theft III, Criminal Mischief III and Robbery II.
