LANE COUNTY, Ore. - The State Accident Insurance Fund will be hosting sixteen agriculture safety seminars across the state this week.
SAIF's Eugene office will have free, agriculture safety discussions downtown on Monday and Tuesday.
Monday's session will be in English, with Tuesday held in Spanish. Talks will focus on tips to keep workers safe on the job.
“Our focus overall tends to be on the culture and the leadership in organizations and safety tends to flow from that,” said Dave Castillo, the SAIF Regional Manager.
The seminars will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Eugene Lane Events Center. If you would like to sign up, we have a link to SAIF's website here.
