Police investigate robbery at Little Caesars restaurant in Eugene
EUGENE, Ore. -- Police in Eugene are investigating a robbery that occurred at a local restaurant Monday evening.
At 9:35 p.m. on April 2, a man entered Little Caesars Pizza, located at 890 Seneca Road, and demanded cash, threatening the employee and gestured as if he had a gun, police said.
The suspect left the restaurant southbound on foot with cash.
Officers and a K9 unit responded within one minute of the call being received by dispatch but did not locate the suspect. Eugene Police Forensic Evidence Unit was called out.
The suspect is described as a white male, age 45 to 50 years-old, approximately 5’9” and weighing about 160-170 pounds with a white or grey mustache, blue or green eyes, and square, wire-framed glasses with rounded edges.
The suspect was wearing a grey, full-front zip hoody with a white logo or lettering on the upper right hand side of the chest. He had the hood pulled to cover his face.
This does not appear related to the off-campus robberies and occurred in a different part of the city, EPD says.
