Pedestrian bridge over Amazon Parkway to be removed; road closed 24-7 starting Monday

Amazon Parkway will be closed from 19th to 24th avenues starting Monday, January 21, to allow workers to remove the elevated pedestrian bridge and install new sewer lines for Civic Park on the former Civic Stadium site, the City of Eugene said.

The Eugene Civic Alliance is building Civic Park on the grounds of the former Eugene Civic Stadium.
