'I think we impounded his car at some point': Police talk man down off cell tower

Sgt. Richard Lewis said around 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning, the man climbed the tower on Olympic Street near 42nd Street, climbing as high as 100 feet in the air. Lewis said officers believe the man was under the influence of methamphetamine and was airing a grievance against the Springfield Police Department.
