Governor to appeal to Oregon Supreme Court after judge in Baker County voids exec orders

A former prosecutor appointed by Gov. Kate Brown to replace a circuit courty judge who retired last year has ruled the governor's executive orders are "null and void." The governor plans to immediately appeal to the state high court. (SBG/File)
