Gang Enforcement Team investigates shooting at Aloha home

ALOHA, Ore. - An Aloha home was shot several times shortly after midnight Friday, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators say they responded to reports of gunfire at 12:22 a.m. at a residence in the 14800 block of Southwest Farmington Road. Dispatch told deputies the suspects had fled the scene.

Officers arrived and searched the area, but they did not locate any suspects.

Deputies learned that two suspects had approached the house, shot at it multiple times and then fled on foot.

Investigators found evidence of gunfire. There were eight people, including a pregnant woman, inside the home at the time. No one was injured.

Based on information gathered at the scene, the Washington County Inter-Agency Gang Enforcement Team is investigating. Personnel from the Sheriff’s Office Forensic Science Unit also responded to process the crime scene.
