BANDON, Ore. - A man who worked at Bandon High School prior to a 2016 arrest on federal child porn charges pleaded guilty Friday to first degree sodomy involving a victim under the age of 12, Coos County District Attorney Paul Frasier said.

Judge Martin Stone sentenced Sean Jeffrey Haga, 32, to 25 years in prison.

Frasier said that, under provisions of Jessica's law, Haga "must serve every day of the 300 month sentence and will not be eligible for parole or any form of early release."

The FBI brought federal child pornography charges against Haga in 2016. Those charges are still pending in court, Frasier said.

The crime that led to the sodomy charge came to light as a result of the child porn investigation, Frasier said.

Haga worked for the Bandon School District as an educational assistant and coach prior to his 2016 arrest.

Haga was an assistant computer instructor at the high school, according to the school district. He also coached high school track and middle school boys basketball, the district said.
