COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. — Sustainable living was the theme at the Cottage Grove Armory.
The Saturday event was hosted by the Singing Creek Educational Center.
Over 30 local vendors and service providers were there to help teach about living practices for eco-friendly living.
Students from Cottage Grove's Al Kennedy High School were there as part of their Conservation Crew.
"It's really inspiring and I feel like it's really helpful for the community because, not only are we pushing sustainability with these plants; we're helping people how to do so," said Mangus Bettles.
And that was just one of many tables with homemade natural foods and crafts, information for forest protection, and other sustainably-produced products.
There was also a silent auction and a digital art show on display with the theme "Save the Earth."
The fair is also happening Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cottage Grove Armory.
The address is 628 E Washington Ave.
