Euphoria Chocolate to locate in Maker's Alley in 5th Street Market expansion
EUGENE, Ore. -- Euphoria Chocolate is the first local shop to set up business at 5th Street's new site.
Their new store will be in an area named Maker's Alley, named for local businesses in the Eugene/Springfield area.
The new location will be a bit smaller than Euphoria's other locations, but will offer customers the chance to experiment with new flavors that could possibly become brand new items.
"You can’t help but be excited about it," said Euphoria Chocolate co-owner Bonnie Glass. "What this expansion is going to look like, what it’s going to bring to the community, what all of the folks that are there as part of that 5th Street community are getting to be involved with and the impact people visiting also living here in the community."
The store will be next to Pfeiffer Winery on Maker's Row, which is a three-story building.
Another neighbor will be Nike on 6th and Pearl.
They plan to open with the rest of the new site this fall.
