Body found near Skinner Butte Park

EUGENE, Ore. - Police are investigating a body found at Skinner Butte Park near Cheshire Avenue and Lincoln Street.

Police and fire responded Tuesday morning.

Officers found Joseph Lee Neet, 37, of Springfield on the West Bank bike trail with his bicycle.

Authorities are still working to identify the cause of death.

Foul play is not suspected, police said.
