Authorities investigate suspicious fire at Eugene car dealership

EUGENE, Ore. -- Police and fire officials are investigating after multiple cars caught fire Friday at the Kiefer Kia car dealership on W. 7th in Eugene.

According to police, three vehicles were on fire.

Eugene-Springfield Fire and Eugene Police Department responded to investigate.

Police say it's considered a suspicious fire and the fire marshal has investigated the scene.

There are no hints that lead to a suspect right now but the fire marshal collected information, gathered evidence, and talked to witnesses, according to police.

Eugene PD's Arson Unit is investigating along with Eugene-Springfield fire marshals. So far, officials are not calling it an arson.

There were no injuries as the investigation continues.
