I-105 reopened in Eugene following semi-truck crash
EUGENE, Ore. - Interstate 105 fully reopened at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday after a truck crashed just before 5 p.m. Monday on eastbound I-105, damaging the barrier and impacting east and westbound travel.
Eugene Police expected the large truck overturned at the Coburg exit, which caused traffic backups going east and west. Motorists were advised to take alternate routes.
The on-ramp from Country Club onto I-105 westbound was also closed to facilitate access by clean-up crews.
Authorities say the cause of the crash is currently unknown.
