Food Truck 101: LCC offers class on running a mobile eatery

EUGENE, Ore. — Ever wanted to start a food truck - but worried you'd have too much learning to do on the job?

Lane Community College is offering a food truck operations class this summer.

The new three-credit class takes place on Wednesdays from June 27 through August 15 from 2-8 p.m.

The class is open to LCC students and the public. An Oregon Food Handlers card is required.
