Call 844-484-2300 tp report an outage; request status updates; and ask to be called when your power is restored.
Customers can also do those same functions by texting EWEB at TXEWEB (893932).
If you texting "OUT" to TXEWEB, power outage texting will confirm your address and record your outage.
EWEB upgraded its system after an ice storm in February 2014 knocked out power to some customers for almost a week.
