Police: Woman reports being abducted, raped

EUGENE, Ore. - A woman reported being abducted and raped Tuesday by a stranger, Eugene Police said.

The 29-year-old reported the crime to police Thursday evening.

She told investigators an unknown man forced her into his car Tuesday at South Garden Way near the roundabout. Her captor drove her to an unknown location in Springfield where he raped her, police said.

The suspect is described as an unknown race male, possibly Middle Eastern, in his mid 20s with black hair 2 to inches long.

The car was described as a mid-1990s compact sedan, possibly a Honda, Nissan or Acura. The color was not known.
