Police: Man convicted of sex abuse got too close to victim
EUGENE, Ore. - The former high school athletic trainer
was free pending sentencing but is back in jail after going to a home where the victim was located.
Eugene Police jailed
on Monday afternoon after getting a report that he had violated his release from jail by going near the victim.
A jury found Schley guilty last Thursday on three counts of second degree sex abuse.
He was free pending sentencing Wednesday.
After his initial arrest, Schley bailed out of jail only to go back after being accused of having contact with the victim in the case.
