Police ID theft suspects after public appeal for help
EUGENE, Ore. - Police asked the public for help identifying the men caught on camera using stolen credit cards.
Now one man is behind bars, and police have identified a second suspect.
Police on July 29 released images of the men as they made purchases using credit cards stolen in a burglary July 13.
On August 4, police went to the home of Jonathan Irving Bouton, 24, and arrested him on eight counts each of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Computer Crime and Identity Theft.
A second suspect, Jacob Paul Sirois, 25, remains at large, police said. He is believed to be in the Portland area.
