Police believe alcohol and speed played a role in SE Portland T-bone crash

PORTLAND, Ore. – Police say two drivers were injured after one T-boned the other in Southeast Portland Monday morning.
Officers responded to the crash at Southeast 41st Avenue and Holgate Street.
Investigators say the driver in a Subaru failed to stop at a stop sign while traveling northbound on Southeast 41st Avenue.
They say the Subaru’s driver drove into the side of a Toyota Prius.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
