Man stabbed in the neck in Crescent bar fight
CRESCENT, Ore. -- One man was flown to the hospital after at least six people were involved in a fight outside of a bar in the Crescent area Saturday night, Oregon State Police said.
OSP officials said that the fight broke out outside the at the Little River Bar and Grill between three La Pine area men, ages 50, 57 and 63, and three younger men 21, 22 and 23. During the fight the 22-year-old received a laceration to the neck.
Emergency responders took the man, identified as David Line of Sunriver, to the St. Charles Medical Center in Bend for treatment of a serious but non-life threatening neck laceration.
The three La Pine men fled the scene before emergency crews arrived on scene while the two younger men stayed with Line. OSP troopers and Klamath County deputies located the La Pine men, who were then interviewed about the incident.
OSP reports that while everyone involved received minor injuries, only Line was taken to the hospital.
