EUGENE, Ore. -- Looking for ways to lead a holistic lifestyle on a budget?
Mountain Rose Herbs, one of the nations largest organic herb suppliers, held its second Free Herbalism Project at the Mount Pisgah Arboretum.
The project is aimed at highlighting the benefits herbs can have on the body while also illustrating how easy they are to grow in your own backyard.
Organizers expect hundreds to come out and visit the event, featuring guest speakers like Kathi Keville of the American Herb Association and Sue Sierralupe of Occupy Medical.
