Douglas County deputies seize marijuana, arrest 2 Eugene men
CURTIN, Ore. - Deputies seized 3 pounds of marijuana Tuesday from a pair of Eugene men in a public park, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said.
Deputies cited Matthew Job, 27, and Paul Schilling, 26, of Eugene on charges of Unlawful Possession and Delivery of Marijuana, and Job was additionally charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Schedule III narcotic.
The investigation started with evidence that marijuana was being sold in violation of the state's medical marijuana program.
The marijuana had an estimated value of $4,000.
Deputies also seized a small amount of non-prescribed narcotics.
