EUGENE, Ore. - Almost every Wednesday for 10 years, Dollie Travis has cooked and served food to some of the community's most vulnerable members.
A decade ago, Dollie made a different meal each Wednesday.
That got too complicated, so she had people in the transitional mental health program vote on their six favorite meals.
On the menu this week: chicken with peanut sauce, strawberry salad, fruit and cookies.
But in two weeks, the 80-year-old says it'll be time to hang up her apron.
"I'm an old lady. It's time to quit," she said. "This will be my third retirement - it's time to quit."
