Both drivers cited for DUII after head-on crash on Highway 26

MANNING, Ore. - The drivers of both cars involved in a head-on crash on Highway 26 early Sunday morning were cited for DUII.

Police said a car driven by Zacharry Olson, an 18-year-old from Banks, collided with one driven by Jamie France, a 23-year-old from Edmond at about 12:45 a.m.

Olson was sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, as were France and her passenger.

Olson was charged with DUII, third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. France was cited for DUII.
