      4.5 earthquake off the coast of Oregon

      BANDON, Ore. -- A 4.5 magnitude earthquake shook beneath the ocean floor Wednesday morning off the Bandon coastline.


      There's no reported tsunami threat from the earthquake that shook over 6 miles below sea level, officials with the National Weather Service said.


      U.S. Geological Survey reported the quake hit about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday nearly 122 miles off the coast of Oregon along the Cascadia Subduction Zone.
